Abs exercises with dumb-bells
Advanced abs exercises

 
 
1. Weighted corkscrew
  • Grasp dumb-bell between feet and hold legs vertical
  • Lift hips off floor and push feet towards ceiling
  • At top twist feet to one side, lower and repeat to other side


 
2. Woodchop
  • Hold dumb-bell in both hands, feet shoulder-width apart
  • Bring weight down to outside of thigh – keep back straight
  • Twist torso and bring weight up over opposite shoulder
