1. Swiss ball side plank Rest one elbow on the ball Hold body in a straight line from head to feet Maintain that position for as long as you can		2. Swiss ballassing V-sit Hold ball between feet, keeping arms and legs straight Lift legs and arms together to pass the ball from feet to hands Lower arms and legs slowly, pass ball back and forth

3. Scorpions Get into press-up position with one foot on ball Bend other knee and twist body to one side Twist body to other side bringing knee underneath you
