1. Swiss ball crunch With ball beneath lower back, lie back as far as you can Curl your shoulders up, keeping lower back on ball Pause at top and lower slowly to start		2. Swiss ball reverse crunch Hold ball between your calves and the backs of your legs Curl your hips off the floor and bring knees towards chest Pause at top and lower slowly to start



3. Swiss ball twist curl With ball beneath lower back, lie back as far as you can Curl shoulders up and twist torso to one side Lower slowly to start and repeat to other side
