Abs exercises using a Swiss ball and dumb-bells
Advanced abs exercises

 
 
1. Overhead crunch

  • Lie back on a Swiss ball and hold dumb-bell out behind head
  • Curl shoulders up while keeping arms in the same position
  • Pause at top and lower slowly to start


 
2. Side plank with raise
  • Rest elbow on ball and hold body in a straight line
  • With straight arm raise weight until level with shoulders
  • Hold the position while raising and lowering weight slowly
