Advanced abs exercises

1. Crunch throw Hold medicine ball against chest Curl shoulders off the floor powerfully and throw ball to partner Catch the ball and return slowly to start		2. Sledgehammer Stand with feet apart and hold ball over head Bring ball down powerfully between knees and return Keep back straight and core muscles tensed throughout

3. Medicine ball leg drops Grasp ball between feet and hold legs straight up Slowly lower legs until feet are just above floor Return to start and repeat		4. Seated Russian twist Sit leaning at about 45°to floor and keep back straight, knees bent Hold ball with straight arms and twist torso to one side Twist from side to side keeping back straight throughout

5. Lunge woodchop Stand straight and lift ball over one shoulder Step forward and lower into lunge with front knee over front foot Chop ball down and across body, keeping back straight
