Intermediate abs exercises

1. Pullover crunch Lie with ball held straight out behind head Lift shoulders and lower back off floor Bring the ball down in front of you		2. Reverse crunch Hold ball between knees with thighs vertical Curl knees towards chest lifting hips off floor Pause at top and lower slowly to start

3. Side throws Hold ball with straight arms in front of chest Twist torso to one side Powerfully twist to other side and throw ball to partner		4. Round body pass Sit with body leaning back and feet held off the floor Maintain position while moving the ball around your body Reverse direction of ball from time to time
