Abs exercises with medicine ball
Beginner abs exercises

 
 
1. One leg slam down

  • Stand on one leg and hold ball over head
  • Bring ball down powerfully and throw it to the floor
  • Keep core strong throughout the move


 
2. One leg overhead toss

  • Stand on one leg and hold ball over head
  • Toss ball from hand to hand
  • Keep body upright and steady throughout the moves 


 
   
3. Standing throw
  • Stand in split stance, one foot in front of other
  • Bring ball back over one shoulder, turning torso to that side
  • Powerfully twist body and throw ball to partner or against wall
