Abs Workout 2
Stretch

Do this stretch regularly to avoid tension in the abdominal muscles.

Lie on a Swiss ball and raise your arms above your head, pushing as far back as you can until you feel the stretch in your abs. Hold the position for ten to 20 seconds unless you are about to exercise, in which case hold it for three to five seconds. Repeat three times.

A static hold like the plank but this time you work your obliques.
