Workout 1
Barbell split squat

Adopt a split stance with your front foot turned in slightly. Go up on your back toes and hold the barbell against the fleshy part of your neck. Take a deep breath in, then lunge down before going back to the start.

Hold the bar against the fleshy part of your neck and keep your chest lifted.
 
Bench press

Bench press

Lie on the bench and grip the bar just wider than shoulder-width apart. Bring the bar gently down to your chest as you breath in.
 
Romanian deadlift

Romanian deadlift

Stand and hold the barbell with a grip just wider than your thighs. Tip forwards from your hips, keeping your spine neutral.

Rotating shoulder press

Lift the barbell on to your chest with your hands just wider than shoulder-width apart.
