Low to high woodchop

Grab a low cable with both hands and get into a wide stance. Drop down to one side and lock your arms. Take your arms out in front of you and move up, rotating your stretching leg and pivoting around to the other side of the body.

Split squat to one arm row

Adopt a split stance, grab the cable with one hand at stomach height and lunge down.
 
One arm high pull

One arm high pull

Hold a cable at around shoulder height with a parallel stance and a slight bend in your knees.
 
One arm push

One arm push

Adopt a split stance and hold on to a cable at around shoulder height so that the cable runs beneath your arm.
 
Overhead raise

Overhead raise

Using a small straight bar, squat down gently, keeping your body neutral. Reach forwards and brace your abs before you initiate the movement.
 
Side lunge

Side lunge

Hold a low cable with both hands and get into a wide stance. Go down towards the cable so that it pulls you into a side lunge, then step back up.

Grab a low cable with both hands and get into a wide stance. Drop down to one side and lock your arms.
