The excitement generated by the final of the FitBrit 2008
Challenge, which took place at Edgbaston, Birmingham, on 28th September, has
sent shockwaves through the world of British X-Training.
In the male category veteran X-Trainer Cassius Frankson stormed through the
eight gruelling challenges in an extraordinary 10.47.13 - more than 17
seconds ahead of second place Richard Vint who pushed himself to the limit
to complete the challenge in a pulse-racing time of 11.04.59. Just behind
him was Richard Whatmough with an impressive 11.12.06.
Annabella Weaver won the female category by posting an awesome time of
11.19.71. In second place was Kerry Hughes with 11.30 and Sarah Lee Cooper
came third, completing the challenge in just 11.31.07.

Thanks to the high drama of this year's challenge, next year's FitBrit
promises to be one of the most exciting events on the 2009 British
