Creamy tofu smoothie

Want to shed a few pounds? Then gulp down this fat-busting smoothie

Ingredients

100g soft tofu
200g fresh or thawed frozen berries
1 large pear
1 ripe banana
140ml skimmed milk

Tofu

Low in saturated fat, tofu contains complete proteins and lots of fibre to keep you feeling full.

These are low in calories and full of cancer-fighting antioxidants.

Pear
