Ingredients
6 medium tomatoes, halved2 celery sticks, sliced
Handful of parsley
140g live yoghurt
115g low-fat cottage cheese
Worcestershire sauce
Mix the low-fat, nutrient-rich tomatoes, celery and parsley with the yoghurt and cottage cheese, which are both satiating and rich in biotin, to help the body break down food for energy. Add the Worcestershire sauce to taste.
