Ingredients
3 apples2 carrots
1cm ginger root
The apples are rich in vitamin C and the carrots are full of betacarotene to boost your immune system, while both contain potassium and magnesium to replace the missing minerals you lost the night before. The ginger will soothe any semblance of a dicky tummy and stop the drink being too sweet and sickly.
