Race day smoothie

A delicious smoothie packed full of goodness that's ideal preparation for an up and coming race

Ingredients

150g natural yoghurt
Banana
50g strawberries
1tbsp peanut butter
1tsp honey
Clear out clutter

To provide much-needed race day fuel that isn’t too bulky, blend all the ingredients together and serve at least two hours before your race. The yoghurt and banana will help soothe a nervous, unsettled stomach, while the banana also banishes muscle cramp.
