Hay fever fighter

Stifle seasonal sniffles and itchy eyes with this fruit smoothie, which is rich in vitamin C and protective flavanoids

Ingredients

3 peaches, peeled and stoned
1 cantaloupe melon, peeled
1 mango, peeled and stoned
115g blueberries
2tsp honey

Before drinking, add the honey – it’s high in pollen so your body can build up a natural defence to it. Locally produced honey is best because it will be rich in the same specific strains of pollen that is about to launch an assault on your nasal passages.
