Get the grey matter in gear swiftly with this mind-sharpening smoothie

Ingredients

100g blueberries 50g strawberries
1 banana
2tbsp peanut butter
2tbsp flaxseeds
75g low-fat yogurt

To make:

Mix the brain-sharpening blueberries with the concentration-boosting strawberries. Then add the peanut butter and banana, which contain vitamin B6 to help fuel the brain by steadily releasing glucose energy. To build your brain cells stir in some essential fatty acids, in the form of flaxseeds, and the yoghurt, which contains the amino acid tyrosine to boost alertness. Blend, drink and astonish others with your sudden mental prowess.
