Hunger banishing

Keep your hunger at bay between meals with this tasty smoothie

Ingredients

2 peeled ripe bananas
100ml natural yoghurt
1tbsp honey
2tbsp peanut butter
300ml semi-skimmed milk
3 ice cubes

Simply stick everything in a blender, blitz it and drink. The peanut butter, bananas and honey are packed with long-lasting energy, so they will keep hunger at bay for ages and you won’t be tempted to hit the fatty snacks. The protein in the milk and yoghurt is also a great hunger-beater because it takes longer for your body to digest than carbs, thereby extending the time before you next feel the need to eat.
