On Sunday 20th September, the Men's Fitness Rough Track Off-Road Triathlon returns for a fourth year, and this time it promises to be bigger and better than ever before.
The race is once again taking place at last year's excellent venue, Dorney Lake near Windsor and is open to men and women aged 16 and over.
The course at Dorney Lake features pacy off-road terrain that's manageable enough for first-timers and taxing enough to test the most experienced off-road triathlon veterans.
